We have published almost every comment we have ever received from our customers since we began trading. Dear Michael, Thank you for the mail and, indeed, for the slide to digital transfer. I'm very pleased with the results and particularly for the efforts you made to improve some of them. There is only one that is a bit disappointing and a particular favourite of mine and there isn't even much snow on it! ................... but the point is that we never look at the slides - seeing them on a .ppt presentation, cropped and fiddled with in Photoshop, for example, is just so much more rewarding and less hassle. We are going away for a few weeks now but in October I shall be sending you another batch which will be the last of our slides....... many many thanks for the excellent scans. I'm really impressed with the quality - I've only looked closely at a few, but there is one which is very, very rich indeed, an excellent rendition of a negative which is very difficult to scan well. I'm also very impressed with your customer care, the way you kept me informed at every stage of the process, giving me every confidence that had there been a problem you would have dealt with it very well. I was a little disappointed to find that the dust-removal process wouldn't work with Ilford black and white negs, but it was only two negs and you are good value for money so I'm still very definitely a very satisfied customer.
